Knowing the difference if your man has premature ejaculation or a sexual dysfunction

There is a fine line between premature ejaculation and sexual dysfunction.  How can women determine between the two and help her man?  In many cases she cannot that is why it is so important for the man to get a medical examiner to rule out any health issues.  Once the health issues have been ruled out than a loving partner can really help to turn things around.  A woman can work with her man on helping him to hold back his climax with a few techniques.  These techniques do require patience, but if practiced over a period of time they have proven to be quite successful.
What a woman can do to help her man with premature education.
1.        She can try the holding techniques with him:  This may be a little work on both partners part but the payoff is well worth it!  This involves her helping her man to hold back his climax; this can be done with pressure at the base of the penis or with a penis ring.  This does take time and patience on both parts.  When the man is close to climax, they will both stop the session and have the man hold off.  He can also use a penis ring at the base of his penis or the pressure from his partner or just no touch at all.  This is about the man understanding the feeling right before climax and being able to back off before it happens.  This is difficult and will take some practice but understanding the point before the climax happen is important to suppressing it.  Once the sensation has decreased then he can begin again.
2.       Kegal exercises to the pubic area:  This is a technique that a man can do by himself or with his partner.  The penis has to be erect and the man needs to stand and contract the muscles in the area strengthening the penis muscle and surrounding pelvic muscle.  This can help him to learn how to hold back an orgasm.  Understanding how to put the pressure into place and clamping down the muscles while strengthening can help when in the beginning stages of holding back the climax.
3.       Use a condom to hold off the orgasm:  Many people forget that a condom is not only beneficial for safe sex but it can help to hold off an orgasm as well.  The condom can give the man a little extra time by dulling the sensitivity when having intercourse.
Be accepting of your man; about fifty percent of men between the ages of 18-35 will have an orgasm upon penetration just after two minutes.  This is a psychological issue and with patience, time and work he can learn to hold it for longer.
